Description / Redington Grande Fly Reel
An absolute beast, the Redington Grande Fly Reel is built from fully CNC machined, T-6061 anodised aluminium and offers up a ton of power, durability and maximised performance.
Unlike its brother the Behemoth, the Grande's new Super Torque Carbon drag system is now fully-sealed from the elements and provides even more power which is a huge step up from Redington. The Grande is capable of handling any task anglers throw at it with the larger sizes being saltwater safe and ready to tackle big game species.
The Grande features an easy to locate handle and readily accessible drag knob so you can make quick and necessary adjustments in the heat of the moment. The spool is effortlessly changed using the captive spool release system. Simply unscrew the cap and slide the spool off the reel. Replace the spool and gently screw back into place.
The reel also includes an over-sized palming rim for increased drag application and spool rigidity. It features a large arbour V-spool design for increased backing capacity and decreased memory in your fly line.
