Introducing the Greys Platinum X Fly Lines, an expertly designed range of lines for the enthusiastic stillwater angler! These lines are easy casting thanks to their full size heavy and medium length head design enable you to cast long distances with minimal false casts.

The full size heavy design enables you to exploit the power of modern fast action rods whilst still being able to maintain delicacy. Finished with a super slick smooth coating that is low in memory and provides excellent handling feel. The low diameter running line improves shoot ability to enable longer casts with ease.

Fitted with welded loops for fast and easy rigging whilst the dual and tri colourations on these lines make it easy to identify the loading points of lines and to help gauge distances when retrieving.

Floating Line: Easy loading floating line that is perfect for fishing a range of techniques from nymphs, dries to fishing indicator set ups with larger flies.

Nymph Tip: This line is a short intermediate tip line that is ideal for fishing just sub surface and is the perfect line for fishing a washing line set up.

Intermediate: This Fast intermediate is an essential in any trout anglers tackle bag. This line can be fished with many different fly patterns and situations and is a great pulling line on still waters and when fishing lochstyle.

Sink 3: The DI3 is the slowest sinking of line and is perfect for searching the layers on those days when the fish drop through the water column slightly.

Sink 5: This line is the perfect option for the reservoir angler venturing out early season when those fish are still low in the water column.

Sink 7: The DI7 is simply an essential for any reservoir angler fishing those deeper venues as it allows you to get your flies down fast and is perfect for those roasting hot days where the fish plummet through the water column. This is also a great pulling line as its great casting nature allows you to cover more water and fish through the depths.
