The Greys Fin Cassette Fly Reel is a revolutionary cassette style fly reel designed to offer every angler a quality, high performing fly reel at an affordable price. This quick and simple to use cassette style reel is ideal for the anglers looking to carry multiple fly lines in their armoury.
These reels have been been built from a high quality die-cast aluminium, which has created a smooth and professional finish, that is highly durable and lightweight preventing fatigue from extended use throughout a session.
Each reel has a machine finished construction which means there is no imperfections on the reel causing friction, ensuring for a smooth wind when retrieving. The spools have been made from a hard wearing plastic and can be easily switched in and out of the reel allowing you to change your fly lines quickly and easily. With a simple quick and easy push off spool design making them perfect for the angler looking to change lines quickly and maximise fishing time.
Featuring a full disc drag system, these reels have been fitted with rulon disc brakes with enough stopping power to handle those specimen sized fish, the drag on this reel can also be quickly adjusted, when playing a fish by using the easy to locate drag knob. This allows you to slow longs runs and handle powerful fish with ease.
These reels have been designed with a modern large arbour design that allows for a quick line pick up when reeling in, this is excellent if you hook into a fish with a large amount of slack line out, allowing you to quickly tighten down your line and begin playing the fish. The large arbour design also helps prevent excess line memory on your fly lines keeping them in top condition. These reels are supplied with two spare spools so you can spool up extra fly lines for your trip and come with a handy carry case to protect your reel.
