The Peacock Sword Tails are the display tail feathers from the male Peacock. These stunning, reflective feathers are mostly used for tying Sea Trout flies and Salmon flies.
These feathers are commonly used as wing material. Less commonly they can be used as tails and used as the whole wing on Pike flies too.
Common flies that use Peacock Sword Tails is the famous Alexandra and can be seen as tail material on the BC Creeper.
