The Real Finn Raccoon all the way from Finland. The Arctic Fisherman Finn Raccoon is the ultimate, must have fly tying material for tying trout, salmon and steelhead flies. It is an incredibly versatile material with the properties of the hair enabling fly tyers to use it in many different ways.

This hair has an incredible pulsating movement when under the water that enhances attraction and makes your flies look like the real thing!

The underfur works great for tying tails on streamers or as dubbing on trout flies. It is very soft and fluffy and really comes alive in the water. Its high absorbsion rate helps flies sink very quickly. The stiffer guard hairs are excellent for tying tails and wings on salmon and steelhead flies due to them being more straight and rigid in nature.
