This Dacron is incredibly thin, allowing you to maximise the amount of backing that you will have available when a big fish does decide to run, giving you safety for when that big fish is on the go.
We here at angling active would advise that you very securely tie this backing to your line with a loop to loop connection, as it is incredibly low stretch.
It is available in breaking strains of 20lb (suitable for trout) and 30lb (suitable for salmon) and in various spool lengths to suit various requirements.
