About the Sense Nymphing Rod
Designed and produced with generation 5 technology which gives this rod an incredibly soft tip which allows for incredible sensitivity and greater control when using light tippets and smaller flies. This softer tip action when engaged absorbs shock and prevents bounce resulting in less tippet breakages when using fine tippets and less hook pulls.
Coming down the blank there is a stiffer butt section which allows anglers to fight and control the most powerful off fish whilst also allowing you to make quick hook sets with minimal recoil. This extra back bone and the minimal recoil makes it easier to keep the line tight during a fight reducing the chance of the fish throwing the hooks whilst allowing you to put the mightiest of trout in the net.
The rod blank has been fitted with a high quality lightweight Fuji ceramic stripper guide which has been optimally positioned keeping the line tighter to the hand and rod blank. Throughout the blank is high quality hard chromed single leg guides and finishing off the top is a hard chrome tip ring which help reduce the overall weight giving you a light in hand feel.
The Sense Nymphing rods feature a high quality snub nosed half wells cork handle and a matte black anodised aluminium down locking reel seat to allow you to secure your chosen reel in place whilst offering you better balance.
These rods are finished in a stealth grey blank colour with black and grey whippings and trims throughout are a 4 piece configuration and are supplied in a protective partitioned cordura rod tube.
