Frodin Flies was started in the late 1970’s by world famous salmon angler Mikael Frodin. Starting out in the early years Mikael tied thousands of flies selling them internationally then went onto to creating a range of fly tying hooks and materials to help anglers create their own productive fish catching salmon patterns. With many years of salmon fishing experience under his belt and being an enthusiastic fly tier he was dedicated to creating new innovative materials that would help create more productive flies that would help anglers put more fish in the net.
