The key to this particular design is the hardened stainless steel wires, which are bent into a breakout formation. These wires are set into the lead during the molding process, ensuring a secure and reliable connection. The finished sinker is then checked to ensure the wires can be manually released when needed, a crucial step for the functionality of the sinker.

The defining feature of the Gemini Breakout Sinker is its patented “Breakout” grip system. On a cast, the wires are clipped back into the main body, providing you with a streamlined, aerodynamic shape that will allow for incredible casting distance, once the sinker hits the sea bed, the wires “break out” from the body, digging into sand or mud to provide an exceptional hold on the bottom, preventing your rig from being swept away by strong currents.
