Description / RIO Saltwater Mono
The RIO Saltwater Mono is a medium stiff nylon that is the perfect choice for making leaders when fishing for tarpon, bonefish, permit, and other saltwater species.
This monofilament has a high strength to diameter ratio with great abrasion resistance for long lasting use. The mono also lacks memory and has excellent knotability.
The clear colour design of the mono also makes it look near invisible in the water so it will not spook any wary fish.
