Description / Fulling Mill World Class V2 Fluorocarbon
The Fulling Mill World Class V2 Fluorocarbon is a new and improved version of its incredibly popular predecessor. This high quality, durable and reliable fluorocarbon is a must have tippet material in every anglers collection and offers you exceptional value for money.
With a modernised take on the original successful World Class Fluorocarbon it still has all the same key features with a number of significant improvements. The V2 features the same incredible durability and abrasion resistance, helping prolong the life of your leaders and prevent your line from weakening when rubbing on underwater rocks and snags which could eventually result in breakages and lost fish.
World Class V2 is a fluorocarbon material, which has almost the same refractive index as water making it almost invisible when submerged. This helps prevent fish from being spooked by your leader and gives your flies a much more natural and lifelike appearance resulting in more takes. Due to this leader material's incredibly specific gravity which is ever so slightly denser than water, it allows it to sink through the water column so you can search the layers, this also helps your flies cut through the surface film on the initial cast.
One of the key advantages over the original is the reduced diameter for its breaking strain, offering better presentation and more lifelike movement on your fly patterns without losing the stiffness that World Class was renowned for. This stiffness makes it less prone to tangles and helps to improve turn over, especially when using teams of flies or fishing in windy conditions.
Here at Angling Active we like this leader material as it offers exceptional value for money, it also comes in a wide range of breaking strains which can be used for targeting everything from small trout on the river in the lighter breaking strains to salmon and sea trout in the heavier breaking strains.
