Mepps

Mepps lures were invented by Frenchman Andre Meulnart back in 1938. The Mepps success stems from its fish attracting properties including the visual attraction offered by the reflective spinning blade combined with the vibration from the blade making contact with its body. The Mepps Aglia is the closest in design to this original lure but many new variations have been developed from the original design, each being a proven game fishing lure.
