Veniard Disc Bobbin Holder

The Veniard Disc Bobbin Holder is fly tying tool used to make applying thread to your fly patterns much easier. This essential tool holds thread bobbin spools in place allowing the thread to run off the spool smoothly and accurately. It has a slim thread tube used to feed the thread to exactly the right point upon the fly.

To use this bobbin holder, you simply place your bobbin thread spool in between the feet to gently clamp the spool in place. Then gently feed your thread through the bobbin tube and eye and you are ready to tie your fly.

The flared tube gives much more protection to your thread and the disc is used by placing your finger and thumb on it when using the holder. This will help make wrapping bodies on your flies much easier and makes holding your bobbin holder, much more comfortable.

When using your bobbin holder, the spool will gently rotate providing you with right amount of thread you need. Once you are finished, simply remove your bobbin thread spool from the holder.
