Vac Rac Standard Vacuum Rod Rack

The Vac Rac Standard Vacuum Rod Rack is a pair of the original T bar vacuum rod mounts that are non-magnetic to fit all vehicles and will secure your rods in place when driving from one area to the next.

Whether your vehicle is aluminium, steel or plastic, this rod rack features a soft suction base to attach instantly and securely. The T bar design and shock cords allow you to mount your rods at any angle, not just in line with the base and there is a pillar mounted support for reel clearance. There are also wrap around straps included for a firm and secure hold on your rods when on the move.

This rack uses a bonnet to roof mounting system which avoids any risk of damaging or snapping rods due to lifting hatchbacks and tailgates. This rack can hold up to 4 rods and during tests, each rack has lifted in excess of 40kg.

When mounting to the car ensure the surface is clean and flat and hold the mount gently against the car, operate the lever to securely fix the mount to the car. Mount the second mount on the vehicle in an appropriate place in the same way. You can then rest up to four rods between the platforms, securing them in place with the loop elastics.

The operation levers on this version are fixed in place and cannot be removed from the bases. For a high security version we have the Lockable Vac Rac available to purchase, with that model you can remove the locking levers for added security.

The Vac Rac Standard Vacuum Rod Rack is perfect for any vehicle and for easy, short distance transportation of your rods. Please note these are not suitable for long distance car journeys or driving above 30mph.

All racks are fully vacuum tested by Vac Rac and are supplied with a storage bag, base protector lids and instructions on the side of the box.
