Description / Simms BugStopper SunGlove
For maximum protection against the sun and biting bugs, the Simms BugStopper SunGloves are half-finger gloves packed with UPF50 protection and proven Insect Shield tech.
Insect Shield repellent offers long-lasting, effective and convenient personal insect protection. The active ingredient in Insect Shield is so tightly bonded to the fabric fibres that it retains effective repellency throughout the lifetime of the product.
Furthermore, the fabric has a UPF 50 rating, UPF stands for Ultraviolet Protection Factor and indicates how much of the sun’s UV radiation is absorbed. A fabric with a rating of 50 will only allow 1/50th of the sun’s UV rays to pass through. This means that the fabric will reduce your skins UV radiation exposure significantly.
These gloves also feature a built in stripping guard along with a long length design to ensure your wrists are fully protected from the sun.
