It is constructed from a durable 3-layer nylon textile (Face: 86% Recycled Nylon / 14% Spandex) with a C0 DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish. This fabric is bonded to a waterproof, breathable laminate and a nylon backer. All seams are fully taped to ensure 100% waterproof integrity. The functional design, including the integrated hood and collar, is assembled with durable YKK zippers.

The key feature of the Challenger Jacket is its stretch waterproof, breathable 3-layer nylon textile, which provides exceptional freedom of movement without compromising protection. The integrated 3-way adjustable hood with a brim maintains peripheral vision and protection, which is crucial on fast-moving boats. An internal cinch hood adjustment eliminates annoying pull cords flapping in the wind. The Velcro adjustable cinch cuffs effectively seal out water when casting. Storage is provided by exterior and internal YKK zipper chest pockets, and a Kill switch D-Ring attachment point is located under the right side hem for safety.
