The main body is constructed from a stretch waterproof, breathable 3-layer nylon textile (Face: 86% Recycled Nylon / 14% Spandex) with a C0 DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish. High-stretch side and back panels (50% Nylon / 43% Polyester / 7% Spandex) are mapped into the design for freedom of movement. All seams are fully taped to ensure 100% waterproof integrity, and the bib is fitted with durable YKK zippers.

The key feature of the Challenger Bib is its mobility-focused design. The mapped high-stretch side and back panels provide freedom of movement and easy layering underneath. The bib offers a secure and comfortable fit via flex webbing suspenders with opposing buckles that allow the user to easily drop the top to waist height. Practical features include knee length YKK leg zippers for easy on/off over boots, a full length YKK centre front relief zipper with storm flap, and two brushed micro-fleece lined hand warmer pockets. Storage is provided by a cargo pocket with a Velcro storm flap on the right thigh, and a Kill switch D-Ring attachment point is located under the right side hem for safety. The lower leg features ultra-durable hem panels with Velcro size adjustment.
