Description / Shimano Sahara RD
The Shimano Sahara RD spinning reel exudes Shimano quality, featuring a multi-disk rear drag system for smooth progressive performance and Fightin’Drag for precise adjustable control when playing fish.
This reel features 3 shielded stainless steel ball bearings and a roller bearing for ultimate smoothness. It also has a durable and strong cold forged aluminium spool with AR-C line management, suitable for mono and braided lines.
The VariSpeed II oscillation system moves with two variable speeds to lay the line flat and smooth onto the spool. This will help prevent fine mono and braid bedding in under pressure and make trouble-free, longer distant casts.
The XT-7 body material offers exceptional durability and strength and is built with Super Stopper II technology. This design eliminates backward movement and free play in the handle when the reel is set in anti-reverse.
The Shimano Sahara RD is a visually stunning, metallic platinum and gold colour combination and we have the double hand reel models in stock. You can select your choice of model from our drop down menu. The Sahara RD is supplied with a spare spool.
