The FTB system is a combination of magnets and centrifugal force braking which works with the ultralight MGL III spool to precisely control the breaking offering you the perfect cast every time.

Produced from a Hagane body with the inclusion of CI4+ and magnesium makes for an incredibly lightweight finish reducing the weight of your overall set up. These materials also make these reels incredibly strong and provide you with an incredibly professional aesthetically pleasing looking finish.

Featuring Micromodule technology which creates and incredibly smooth rotation on these reels and provides you with powerful efficient winding power. This is achieved by utilising smaller teeth within the internal gearing system resulting in more contact points between the drive gear and pinion gear.

The X-Ship technology incorporated in these reels helps to prevent water from entering the internal gearing system keeping your reel performing to the highest level and preventing any internal damage even after years of continuous use.

These reels allow for easy casting and with a quick flick of the rod tip your lures will be launched into and almost friction free flight. If conditions change you can easily adjust the external dial on the side of the reel which will increase the tension and enable you to cast heavier lures.
