Savage Gear SG4 Dropshot Specialist Rod

The Savage Gear SG4 Dropshot Specialist Rod is finished the same matt green blank finish as the rest of the SG4 range. This matt finish not only looks cool but it also eliminates any unwanted sun glare whilst fishing under the rod tip.

The rod itself is built on a Japanese 30T Toray carbon blank, these blanks provide a strong, lightweight, sensitive, fast and responsive action - just what you want from a dropshot rod!

The rod is equipped with some quality hardware too, including Coil Control guides for precise and effortless casting. The rod is also fitted with ergonomically designed EVA handles that provide enhanced grip and are easily maintained.

The Alien Lock down reel seat delivers added performance and Seaguide CCS stainless steel guides with SIN rings that are both braid and mono compatible.

The Savage Gear SG4 Dropshot Specialist Rod is the perfect rod for perch enthusiasts. A very sensitive and crisp blank ensures you won’t miss the subtlest of nibbles! Each rod has a 2 piece construction and comes with its own rod bag.
