Sage ESN Rod

The Sage ESN Rod is built with KonnecticHD Technology for superior sensitivity and is named after European Style Nymphing, designed to specifically work with this kind of fishing technique to maximise catch rates.

The KonnecticHD Technology is incorporated into the blank of the ESN rod to deliver unmatched and heightened sensitivity, incredible blank recovery and an ultra light weight. The KonnecticHD technology also provides superior shock absorption to better hold fish and helps the rod deliver precise, accurate and efficient presentations.

The HD in KonnecticHD technology stands for higher density and the new proprietary graphite/resin composite increases the strength-to-weight and stiffness-to-weight ratios as needed within the rod blank. The refined medium action has been designed with a variety of long and short line techniques and situations in mind, allowing you to confidently work any stretch of river.

The ESN features a variety of high quality components throughout, including garnet thread wraps with Metallic Charcoal trim wraps and Fuji ceramic stripper guides with hard chrome single foot snake guides and tip-top.

The line weight is laser etched on the slide band and the rod includes a super quality, stealth black anodised aluminium down-locking reel seat. The handle is made from quality cork and is a super plus snub nosed, half-wells styled handle.

The Sage ESN Rod has a stunning black ice blank colour and is supplied with a rod bag with the light black logo and Garnet model tag. The rod is also supplied with a black powder coated aluminium rod tube with a Sage medallion.
