The RIO Elite Scandi OutBound Body is an all-new, easy-casting, super-slick integrated shooting head designed to be the ultimate tool for delivering RIO's 10' and 15' Interchangeable Tips. This revolutionary line redefines versatility for the Spey angler, providing a single, seamless solution for fishing deeper with large flies and adapting to a wide range of water conditions.

The Scandi OutBound Body is a floating integrated shooting head, eliminating the need for a separate running line connection. This streamlines your setup, making it incredibly easy to use and a perfect solution for anglers who travel, as one set of tips will cover a wide range of water types and scenarios without the need for multiple line setups.

Built with RIO's new SlickCast coating, this line sets a new standard for slickness and durability. Lab tests have shown it to be 140% tougher and to produce the least amount of friction ever measured on a fly line. This translates to longer, more effortless casts and 33% more fishing time due to less wear and tear.

The line is built on a low-stretch ConnectCore Plus for the best in control, performance, and smoothness. This ultra-sensitive core allows you to detect even the slightest of takes, enabling quicker reactions for more effective hook sets, especially when fishing at a distance.

The Scandi OutBound Body is the perfect platform for RIO's Interchangeable Tips (sold separately). Anglers with Switch & short Spey rods to 13ft should use the 10' RIO Interchangeable Tips, while those with Spey rods of 13ft and longer should use the 15' RIO Interchangeable Tips. This versatility allows you to effortlessly adapt to various fishing scenarios.
