RIO Elite Flats Pro Fly Line

Introducing the RIO Elite Flats Pro Floating Fly Line, the ultimate tropical fly line that will help you conquer the flats. The unique taper allows these lines to cast any size of fly and will help you achieve the perfect presentation giving you the best chance of hooking that fish of a lifetime!

These lines are designed with and produced with RIO’s SlickCast technology which has created a super smooth coating that will run through the rod rings with ease allowing you to make long distance and accurate casts with ease. This coating also makes these lines far more durable and will ensure you will be using this line on many trips to the flats.

The low stretch DirectCore helps provide you with incredible amounts of sensitivity and allows you to make hard solid strips sets which is vital when targeting species such as Tarpon.

Featuring a mid length head with a long back taper which provides you complete line control and will allow you to easily cast flies from an 8 to a 2/0. The unique taper and weight distribution allows you to make effortless loops and provides you a perfect presentation every cast.

These lines lie incredibly straight on the water but still retain the stiffness that is required when casting in hot conditions in the tropics. The SureFire tricoloured measuring system allows for better accuracy and distance control allowing you to easily identify how much line is outwith the tip ring.

All the Flats Pro Fly lines come with front and back welded loops for fast and easy rigging and also utilise the EasyID system which allows you to view the line weight and density on the loop.
