A Day of Fly Tying with Fulling Mill
Get ready for a fantastic day of fly tying at Angling Active as we welcome Fulling Mill, one of the leading names in fly tying materials and flies.
Throughout the day, three talented fly tyers will be tying some of their favourite and most effective fly patterns, giving you the opportunity to watch their techniques up close, pick up tips and tricks and see exactly how they bring their flies to life.
Whether you're an experienced fly tyer, just starting out, or simply interested in seeing some seriously good flies being tied, there's something for everyone.
Meet the Tyers
We're delighted to welcome three fantastic tyers to Angling Active:
Steven Shorrock
Watch Steven demonstrate his fly tying skills and discover the techniques and materials that go into his top patterns.
Paul Clydesdale
Paul will be tying some of his favourite flies and sharing his experience, ideas and tips from the vice.
Jack Westbury
See Jack at the vice as he demonstrates his approach to fly tying and showcases some of the patterns he's known for.

4.30pm Event Finishes
John Milne will also be there on the day for casting advice, tuition and general product/tackle advice.
Our store will be open as normal between 9am - 5pm. Our event will run 9am - 4.30pm.
