The Musky Innovations Bull Dawg is the original soft plastic jerk bait, setting the standard for effectiveness since its creation in 1993. This legendary lure is a must-have for anglers targeting trophy predators like Muskies, Pike, and other freshwater beasts. The Shallow Dawgs are made the same as the original Bull Dawg but have most of the lead head taken out. This allows the Shallow Dawg to run much higher in the water column when you need to work over certain structures such as shallow rocks or submerged vegetation. Not only does it work shallower, it also suspends more, this is usually when the fish attacks it. Next time you have to fish shallow, show them something different, the Shallow Dawg.
