The Metz Cock Microbarb Saddle is perfect for palmering or hackling a pattern, with several flies being able to be tied with a single feather.

With the stiff fibres and subtle stems this makes the material ideal for hook sizes 18 and larger. In addition to that, it is perfect for professional tyers and is an ideal dry fly saddle.

Grade 1 Microbarb Cock Saddles offer superb hackles up to 12" (30cm) long.

Grade 2 Microbarb Cock Saddles provide excellent hackles up to 11" (28cm) long.
