Major Craft Jigpara Maki Micro

The Major Craft Jigpara Maki Micro is a lightweight casting jig that has been specifically designed for targeting species such as mackerel, scad, pollack and bass which often feed up in the water column. Despite their saltwater roots, these lures are equally as effective for freshwater species such as trout and perch too.

The Maki Micro features a metal body, finished to the usual Jigpara high standard, fitted with a micro spinner blade at the tail end of the lure, giving these lures added attraction over a standard jig style metal lure. These lures excel when fished back on a straight retrieve, which causes the body to wobble and roll while the metal spinner blade flashes enticingly, giving off plenty of flash and vibration to attract nearby fish. These lures also have an enticing action on the fall, thanks to their unique body shape, meaning they are equally as effective when jigged back on a sink and draw retrieve.

These lures are great addition to any light lure anglers armoury, whether they are fishing in salt or freshwater.
