In Swedish, Ström means current, the flow of water or energy. It’s a fitting name for a rod engineered to transfer energy smoothly and efficiently, creating a naturally connected feel throughout every cast. The rods are built from Loop’s evolving 7X heptagonal blank technology with premium performance carbon, fast recovery and efficient energy transfer.

The rods also feature an optimised flex plane which is designed to transfer energy smoothly through the blank, helping generate the distance, stability and control required when fishing at range. Despite its power, the Ström maintains the connected feel and responsive recovery that define the series.

Every rod in the range has premium components that complete the package, including Flor-grade cork, a high-quality reel seat and carefully selected REC Cerecoil stripping guides.
