Leeda Clipped Pulley Pennel Rig

The Leeda Clipped Pulley Pennel Rig is the ideal rig for fishing over rough ground at medium to long distances. The rig itself compromises of an 80lb rig body and 30lb hooklength. The hooklength is armed with 2 x 3/0 work hooks.

As the name suggests the rig works on a pulley mechanism. The pulley swivel runs free on the rig body and acts as the pulley. The idea behind the pulley system is to allow the lead to slide up off the bottom towards the mainline when you hook into a fish. This ensure the lead does not become snagged over rocky bottoms.

This Leeda pulley rig also comes with 2 x 3/0 hooks so you can present a cocktail bait of your choice. The impact shield located at the bottom of the rig allows you to clip up your hookbait. This allows the rig to be streamlined for distance casting.

Once the bait hits the water, the impact shield releases the hookbait providing perfect bait presentation every time. The weight clip on the bottom of the rig allows you to swap and change leads to match your fishing conditions easily.
