Hends Body Quill

The Hends Body Quill is a flat, translucent synthetic material perfect for tying bodies, heads and ribbing on a large variety of nymph and dry flies to create a realistic segmented appearance.

As the material is translucent, the more layers you add to your pattern, the deeper the colours will be.

There are two colours of material on a single spool - varying from one colour to the other approximately every two inches.

The Hends Body Quill is approximately 2mm in length and is great to use for midge bodies, butts, heads and also as a ribbing.
It is available in a variety of colour combinations for you to select from our drop down menu and is provided with 24 yards of material per spool.
