Guideline 4 Cast+ Fly Line

The Guideline 4 Cast+ WF Fly Line is engineered as the super versatile all-round taper, perfect for the angler who demands one line that can truly do it all.

This new generation line features subtle but critical improvements in taper, diameter, and weight distribution, making it an exceptionally well-balanced choice for consistent, high-performance casting.

The profile includes a relatively short front taper which ensures the line loads your rod easily and quickly, even when you have only a limited amount of line outside the rod tip. This design facilitates superb line control and a slightly delayed turnover, allowing for both impressive long casts and delicate, pinpoint presentations.

Thinner head diameters and slightly thicker handling/running lines make the line more adaptable to the length you carry during the false cast, enhancing balance throughout the turnover.

The 4 Cast+ WF excels across various techniques and environments. It performs equally well in both rivers and lakes, easily handling dries and nymphs in lighter weights (up to #5 wt) and tackling reservoir rigs or streamers from #6 wt and up.

Built on a braided multifilament core for strength, the line is finished with a Cool Grey head and a Bright Olive running line. For convenience, it comes looped in both ends with a laser ID marking near the tip.

Guideline has also ensured the line is completely free from phthalates (toxic softening ingredients), and the box and spool are eco-friendly and recyclable.
