Introducing the Greys Wing Trout Spey Fly Rod series, a specialised range of fly rods designed for the angler looking to target trout with a two handed style cast. These rods are available in various lengths and casting weights to suit different waters and fishing applications.

Constructed with Powerlux carbon technology which evenly distributes nano particles between each carbon fibre within the blank, which makes for an overall lighter finish and provides increased strength over traditional carbon fibre. This unique technology makes these rods far more responsive giving you better loop control and feed back during the cast allowing you to make precise and accurate casts with ease.

The Greys Wing Trout Spey Fly Rods feature a medium to fast action that will suit both the beginner and experienced angler alike. The action makes this rod incredibly easy to load with minimal effort. The unique design of these rods and their light weight make them extremely versatile allowing the angler to utilise these rods with two handed Spey style casts or single handed overhead casts.

Featuring a unique longer length design which makes mending your line easier than when using single handed rods, this will give you improved presentation by allowing your dry flies and nymphs to swing for longer without getting caught in the drag of the current.

Each rod is fitted with high quality lined stripper guides on the lower sections, double legged snake guides throughout and feature a durable and smooth hard chrome tip ring. The snake guides are designed to help keep your fly line away from the rod blank when casting reducing friction which helps generate higher line speeds giving you extra distance on your casts.

The Wing Trout Spey Fly Rods are all fitted with high quality AAA grade cork handles that provide a professional and long lasting finish. Each rod features a TPSF extension handle on the end of each reel seat, giving you the option of two handed casting. This range of rods have been finished off with a high quality down locking alloy reel seat with dual locking nuts and a keyed sliding band for easy use, giving you confidence your chosen reel will be secured in place.

Each rod section features line up ID markers making it easy to precisely assemble your rod and identify your rod sections are correctly aligned before commencing fishing. These rods are finished off in a grey/red coloured blank with aesthetically pleasing black and red whippings and trims throughout.

This range of rods come in a 4 piece configuration and is supplied in a cloth rod bag and hard rod tube for maximum protection when storing or travelling.
