Introducing the Greys Wing Salt Fly Rods a specialised range of fly rods designed with the saltwater fly fishing enthusiast in mind. With various casting weights available within the range designed to cover an array of saltwater fishing scenarios you may face across the globe.

This range of rods is 100% saltwater proof and have been constructed with innovative Powerlux technology. The carbon rod blanks are infused with a new resin technology between each individual fibre in the blank creating a stronger and stiffer rod.

These rods feature a powerful action that has been specifically designed for casting large flies and heavy lines with ease. Their strong rod blanks are perfectly suited to battling the strongest and most powerful fish on the planet, giving you plenty of confidence you can tame that fish of a lifetime.

Each rod has been fitted with high quality lined stripper guides on the lower sections. Throughout the rod is high quality double foot snake guides which are designed to help reduce friction during the cast by keeping your fly line away from the blank improving your overall casting distance. The top section is finished off with a highly durable and smooth saltwater resistant tip ring.

The Wing Salt Fly Rods have been fitted with high quality AAA grade full wells cork handle for a professional long lasting finish and a comfortable grip. Each rod is finished of with a full alloy up locking reel seat with dual locking screws to keep your chosen reel secured in place. The reel seats also feature a keyed sliding band for easy use.

Each reel seat has been finished off with a quality grey/red EVA fighting butt for added comfort when playing those hard fighting species. On each rod section there is alignment ID dots for making it quick and easy to correctly assemble your rod before starting each session.

The Wing Salt series of rods are a 4 piece configuration and come supplied in a cloth rod bag housed in a hard travel tube for the ultimate protection when travelling and storing. Each rod is finished in aesthetically pleasing red/grey colouration with black whippings and trims throughout.
