Fulling Mill Clydesdale Roach

The Fulling Mill Clydesdale Roach is a real big fish catcher! This pattern can be used on any venue and is almost irresistible to any nearby predator.

Each of these flies has been tied using highly mobile materials, this allows the fly to twitch and flutter freely in the water on any retrieve creating an even more lifelike action to draw in those toothy predators.

The Clydesdale Roach can be fished with confidence all year round as the roach is a firm favourite in the diet of a pike. To get the best results we recommend retrieving this fly with a slow figure of eight or a roly-poly retrieve.

With a large bead eye on the front of the pattern which provides a realistic finish and a trigger point for the fish to zone in on. The added flash throughout the fly makes it perfect for fishing in bright conditions giving off plenty of glint when being retrieved.

These flies have been tied on Tiemco 600SP hooks which will easily stand up to the largest of fish, with ultra sharp points for improved hook ups and a better hook hold.
