Fario Fly offers a wide range of trout fly patterns covering everything from dry flies, buzzers, bungs and lures. So whether you are pulling lures on a small stillwater, covering rising trout in a hill loch or euro nymphing in a river, Fario Fly has a pattern for just about every situation!
The Reverse Sunburst Candy Man Booby is a version of our very popular Sunburst Tailed Candy Booby. Here the wing and tail are reversed and therefore so is the dominating colour - which in this case in our super bright competition sunburst shade. Similar to our other Candy Boobies in the range this pattern has a Mirage tinsel body, a material which is remarkably able to reflect light and appear as a different colour in various surroundings. To say this is a bright fly is an understatement and it has the most amazing ability to pull in fish from a distance! One of our favourite patterns for "plopping" on the surface.
This is a great Booby pattern for Lake of Menteith, Rutland Water, Lyn Brenig, Grafham Water and we have had great success on many other popular reservoirs too.
Hook- Heavy Wet Size 10.
Eyes- 5.5mm
Overall length- Approx 24mm (when straightened)
Body- Mirage Tinsel over florescent thread. (superglued)
Wing- Premium marabou Sunburst.
Tail- Bright White/Baby Pink Mix Premium marabou.
