Drennan Wide Gape Hooks To Nylon

The Drennan Wide Gape Barbless Hooks To Nylon are tied with low diameter mono and are 35cm hook lengths, perfect for a range of baits.

These hooks have a wide crystal bend and a chemically etched long needle point to provide anglers with increased hooking capabilities. In addition to that, the hooks are forged and have a medium shank along with a bronze finish.

There are various hook sizes available for you to choose from. The size 10 has plenty of room to hold big, soft baits in the wide curve of the bend. Produced in 0.56mm forged wire, it is an ideal size and strength for fishing paste, meat and large pellets.

In regards to the size 12, this size is well suited for baits which are slightly smaller. The size 12 have the perfect gape and strength for a variety of baits and species. It is ideal for combinations like sweetcorn and maggot, worm and caster as well as for bread flake, bunches of maggot and so on.

The size 14’s are the most versatile size within the range and are ideal for a wide range of popular baits. This size can be used for bait such as Chub, Tench and Bream and will be ideal on a pole, waggler or feeder.

Due to the wide gape on the size 16, this size can accommodate a variety of baits from small grains of sweetcorn to pellets, bread punch, worm and more. All of these baits will sit nicely in the wide curve of the bend.
