Introducing the Daiwa 18 Saltist Multiplier reel a high quality professionally finished range of saltwater multiplier reels that offer incredible performance and are designed for utilising in a range of fishing scenarios. These super powerful lightweight reels will enable you to tame the largest of fish with ease!
This range of reels has been designed and produced with a 100% digitally machined body for an incredibly stylish and professional long lasting finish. The anodised finish on the body provides you with incredible corrosion resistance which will protect your reel even when facing the harshest of conditions.
Featuring an incredibly powerful carbon disc ATG drag system which is both progressive and powerful and packs an incredible 8kg of stopping power allowing you to slow those long powerful runs with ease. The drag is simply and easily altered using the star shaped drag knob located beside the handle and can be finely adjusted to set your desired drag amount.
These reels incorporate corrosion resistant CRBB bearings which are sure to withstand the toughest of conditions and give you incredibly smooth performance. The centrifugal braking system allows for controlled longer distance casts to be made and the extremely smooth free spool allows line to peel of the reel with no resistance.
Designed with a de-centred axis right handle which improves balance of the reel on the retrieve improving comfort. The low leg on the reel allows you to enclose it on your palm for a very secure hold. These reels can be used for a number of applications from downtide an uptide work to fishing over wrecks and these reels are also extremely popular amongst shore anglers as they enable them to make longer distance casts with ease.
This super strong, compact and ultra lightweight reel is ideal for a range of situations and these reels are suited to line classes from 15 to 50lb mono or braid up to 100lbs. Each reel has been finished in an aesthetically pleasing blue and black colour scheme.
