Airflo Sixth Sense Fly Line

These brand new lines for 2019 follow on from the hugely popular original Airflo Sixth Sense lines that were a firm favourite among all competitive trout anglers in the UK.

The Airflo Sixth Sense Fly Lines are up there with the best general purpose trout fly lines and are perfectly suited to both reservoir and stillwater fly fishing. The Sixth Sense range is based on Airflo’s Delta taper and at 105ft in length, it is 15ft longer than a regular fly line which is sure to serve you well when throwing those extra long casts.

Fly line stretch is a crucial factor in how this line performs while casting, line control, take detection and hook set up. In short, if the stretch is reduced then you improve all of these elements and this is what makes this a superior performing fly line.

The range of Sixth Sense lines have as little as 6% stretch compared with the 20% in other manufactures fly lines, less stretch results in more fish! Another benefit of Airflo’s Sixth Sense range is Airflo’s special Power Core Technology, a core material which is really sensitive.

This range of lines covers every possible eventuality covering every layer of the water column and will allow you to keep your flies in the feeding zone for longer. The intermediate and sinking lines all feature a subtle hang marker colour system.

The Sixth Sense series includes a standard floating line, three intermediate sinking rates – slow, mid and fast and the sinking lines, available in a DI3, DI5, DI7 and a DI8.
