The Abu Garcia Max X Combo is the ideal casting combo for beginners and experienced anglers alike!

This is the 4th generation of the Max X casting combo with upgraded rod and reel combos, offering the highest quality and performance with strong and responsive 24T carbon blanks and lightweight components.

The New Max X casting rod is a phenomenally well rounded rod for using a range of lures and sizes. Designed with lightweight LTS guides that are perfectly designed for use with a baitcasting reel supporting both monofilament and braided line.

The New Max X reels are significantly improved on the previous models starting with 4+1 bearings giving you a fantastic line retrieve that can be easily staggered or sped up depending on your choice of tactics, With duragear brass gears, this allows you to easily adjust your casting dependant on the lures you are using.

With the magtrax brake system on these reels you will easily be able to tackle even the harder fighting species such as pike without any hassle. These combos all come with a trigger grip for optimal casting.

The Standard model comes in a striking black and red colour design whilst the Black Ops version has a sleek, black colour design with dark camo coloured handles for optimum stealth.
