Introducing the Westin W3 Jerkbait-T 2nd Edition Lure Rod range, a high quality powerful rod range that is the perfect option for the enthusiastic predator angler targeting large ferocious pike.

These medium action lure rods have all the muscle and backbone you require to cast and jerk the heaviest of lures and set the hook positively on the largest of predators. With the serious amounts of backbone there is also enough sensitivity within the tip to prevent hook pulls and still allow you to enjoy the fight.

The ultralight Torayca high performance carbon blank with reinforced 1K woven carbon offers incredible amounts of power whilst keeping the in hand feel nice and light making casting all day long a pleasure and helping prevent fatigue.

Throughout the rod is Seaguide LS ring guides which allow both braided and mono running lines to run through the guides with ease. The angled shape on the guides also helps the line to run through with little friction resulting in longer distance casts. Fitted with a SKC trigger style reel seat which will securely hold your chosen baitcasting reel in place and make casting comfortable throughout the day.

Finishing off the rod is a high quality EVA handle with a rubber cork insert which provides you maximum comfort throughout the day and impressive amounts of grip even when wet. These rods are a 2 piece configuration and come supplied in their own protective rod sleeve and are finished in an aesthetically pleasing black and gold colouration.
