About the Hero Fly Rod
Introducing the Vision Hero Fly Rod, an incredibly stylish high quality rod at an extremely attractive price point!

With various lengths and casting weights throughout the range to suit a number of different techniques from fishing small dries on a small stillwater to casting heavy sinking lines with boobies on large reservoirs. There is a Hero in the range for you!

Designed with a high quality lightweight blank with a powerful fast action and a lightning quick recovery making it perfect for casting heavy sinking lines or casting dries with pin point accuracy.

Fitted with high quality ceramic insert stripper guides and single leg guides throughout with a chrome tip ring ensuring that your lines run freely and smoothly through the rings without the risk of any damage.

Each rod is fitted with a high quality cork handle providing the ultimate comfort when being used on those longer sessions and offering maximised durability.

The 9 #5 Super Hero model features a half wells handle with a high quality anodised aluminium up locking reel seat with a wooden spacer.

The Still Hero models in the 9’6 #7, 9’9 #6 and 10 #7 all feature full wells high grade cork handles with a black anodised up locking reel seat with wooden spacer and an additional EVA fighting butt.

Each rod is supplied with a quality brown protective cordura rod tube that is segmented in side for keeping your rod in top condition when being stored or transported.

About the Stillmaniac XLV Fly Reel
The new Vision Stillmaniac XLV Cassette Reel, features a V shaped spool and an ultra smooth drag system for optimum performance.

The XLV Stillmaniac Cassette reel is produced with high grade aluminium to provide longevity and features a high quality finish. The reel is designed with a V shaped spool to maximise backing capacity.

The large arbor design helps to reduce line memory and increases the line pick up speed. With an incredibly smooth disc brake drag system, this allows the user to control those long runs when playing the fish of a lifetime!

With a very quick and easy spool release system, you will just need to half turn the locking screw in the centre of the spool and it will pull off. The reel comes with 3 cassette spools in a neoprene case branded with the Stillmaniac logo.

The reel is finished in a gunmetal blue colouration with orange accents creating an eye-catching finish and has an orange EVA handle to help compliment the finish.
