This fly reel has a 8/9 rating and has a durable construction, designed for handling the biggest Pike. The outfit is completed with the Vision Big Mama Fly Line and this line is perfect for casting big, bulky and heavy flies.

We also offer our professional line loading service with free backing and loops where required. All you have to do is select your choice of left or right hand wind and we'll load your line onto your reel, ready for you to fish with.

About the Vision Big Mama 2.0 Fly Rod
The Vision Big Mama 2.0 Fly Rod will serve pike anglers well by effortlessly casting the biggest of flies and is fitted with titanium guides for taking on saltwater conditions.

This rod is based on the original Big Mama range and features a powerful medium fast action that is forgiving but provides plenty of power for large pike.

The rod is fitted throughout with titanium recoil line guides and there are titanium stripping guides by the American Tackle Company

The handle is made from black EVA materials for complete comfort and secure grip. The rod blanks are a glossy black colour and features colourful Big Mama marking throughout for a bold appearance that will certainly grab attention.

The Vision Big Mama 2.0 Fly Rod is a 9ft length with 4 piece sections and each rod is supplied in a matching cloth bag and tube.

About the Vision Big Mama Fly Reel
The Vision Big Mama Fly Reel is a striking predator fishing reel that has a strong, reliable drag system and construction for handling the toughest pike.

This reel is based on Vision's XLV range of reels and is built from high quality components and has a light weight. The reel has a hidden counter balance and a large arbour spool which will help increase line retrieve speeds and provides a bigger capacity for more than enough backing.

The design of the reel includes a solid back plate with a open cage style on the front with a Heraldic 'V' frame design. The drag system is USA made with carbon and stainless steel discs for maximum reliability and has a quick spool release mechanism for easy spool change.

The reel has a stunning and vibrant chrome red colour to match the Big Mama range.

The full profile of the Big Mama fly line is a reverse compound styled taper with a short front taper that cuts through the wind. The line is coated with a super slick and supple coating that helps the line remain memory free, particularly in colder weather.

The line also has a low stretch core to help you feel the takes and gives increased sensitivity. It also helps transfer the energy of your cast better for maximum performance and presentation. The line also includes welded loops for easy and quick attachment for your leader and backing.
