Description / Veniard Small Selected Guinea Fowl
The Veniard Small Selected Guinea Fowl hackles are specially selected feathers for tying trout flies and are primarily used as head hackle on wet trout flies.
These feathers have very natural and beautiful spotted markings and when dyed, have a stunning, vibrant appearance. The feathers are best used by being wound as head hackle for wet Trout flies, particularly Bumbles.
We stock the blue dyed feathers which are popularly used as a low cost substitute for Blue Jay hackles.
The Veniard Small Selected Guinea Fowl feathers are supplied in a pack with approximately 8 small feathers.
