The Snowbee Smoker Cooker allows you to effortlessly make delicious, smoked fish from your catch and is a hot smoker, designed to cook and smoke your fish at the same time.
This smoker cooker is made from corrosion resistant stainless steel for easy cleaning and long lasting use. The design allows the smoker to cook and smoke in one process, so smoked fish is ready in as little as 15 minutes. You can also use this smoker to hot smoke other meats and poultry as well.
The smoker cooker is generously sized and will fit four or five small Trout, or two large fish, headed and tailed. It comes complete with a stand, two fuel pans with heat adjustment, cooking pan, lid with adjustable smoke vent, drip tray and grill.
The Snowbee Smoker Cooker uses methylated spirit fuel and packs away neatly inside its own stand for convenient storage.
