Shimano Saragosa SW

The Shimano Saragosa SW is high performing waterproof fixed spool spinning reel at a mid price range, designed with the saltwater lure fishing enthusiast in mind!

Designed with a Hagane drive gear system produced by Shimano’s cold forged technology delivering long lasting smoothness, strength and power at the very heart of the reel. This gearing system is also far more durable than traditional diecast gears under heavy loads.

With X Ship technology offering more stability and much greater efficiency transferring more power from the handle to the rotor. Featuring X protect technology stopping water from entering the space between the rotor and the body.

The ARC spool design with an angled lip helps to create longer more accurate casts by causing less friction as the line leaves the spool and creating smaller line coils allowing for improved accuracy. ARC spools are also proven to reduce backlash and wind knots when using braid.

Featuring S ARB bearings which are high corrosion resistant ball bearings with an extra shield to protect against dust, sand and salt.
