Shakespeare Agility 2 Uptide

Specifically designed for uptide fishing is the high quality Shakespeare Agility 2 Uptide rod, featuring a traditional 9ft6 length this rod is built on carbon fibre blanks for durability and power when you need it most.

This is a specialised rod, designed solely for sea anglers who use uptide fishing methods where you cast your tackle up the tide and away from your boat. This rod is rated 5-10oz and has a lure rating of 150-300g to effortlessly handle casting heavy leads.

The carbon fibre blanks have a slim construction to give the rod great durability, strength and power whilst maintaining a light weight. The progressive power in the middle and butt section of the rod will help you achieve longer casts and make the rod easier to control when playing fish in strong tides.

The rod is fitted with strong Zirconium Oxide guides, a DPS style reel seat and a high quality EVA shaped handle and a rubber end butt cap.

The Shakespeare Agility 2 Uptide is 9ft6 in length with a 5-10oz rating. This rod is supplied in its own matching cloth bag and has a 2 piece design, featuring a long tip with a short butt section.
