The Sage Spectrum Max Fly Reel will be your new go-to reel for a full range of heavy-duty fishing scenarios whether it be for trout, salmon or saltwater fly fishing.
The Spectrum Max features a fully-machined, cold-forged tempered aluminium construction with a hard anodised coating for surface protection and corrosion resistance. The reel has a super-rigid frame-to-spool connection that securely houses Sage's tested and proven Sealed Carbon System. The Sealed Carbon System repeatedly handles high-pressure from hard-fighting fish and dissipates the energy safely and effectively, allowing you to fish with confidence.
Sage's One Revolution Drag Knob has quickly become a fan-favourite since its introduction. It offers 40 adjustable drag settings that can be repeated for consistent levels of drag each and every time. The reel has large ergonomic handle and a wide palming rim along with a large, vented arbor for a high retrieve rate. The arbor itself is concave in shape for superior strength and line capacity.
The reel can be easily converted from a left to right handed retrieve and features a quick-change spool mechanism to make switching spools a breeze.
The Sage Spectrum Max is available in a selection of models and colours that you can select using our drop-down menu and is supplied in a neoprene reel case.
