DetailsThe RIO InTouch Switch Chucker fly line is new and improved for 2016. This Salmon fly line is a very powerful line that is ideal for throwing streamers, indicators and sink tips.
This fly line is built using a low stretch core for maximum performance and the design of this line has the head and running line effortlessly joined into one another. This line has an excellent short and powerful front taper that creates easy casting, especially for indicator rigs.
The line is built using ConnectCore technology and an AgentX technology coating to give the line extreme slickness, improved performance and durability. The Switch Chucker also features XS technology to give the line dirt repelling properties to maximise it's life span and produce high performance.
The InTouch Switch Chucker has a DualTone marking system design to help you easily recognise the loading area of each line. Additionally, there is a front welded loop provided on the line for convenient and fast rigging.
The InTouch Switch Chucker is the best choice of line if you are fishing at close quarters and will help make casting easier if you are fishing with larger flies and sink tips.
The RIO InTouch Switch Chucker is available at 100ft in length with various different weights that you can select from our drop down menu. This fly line is available in a Green/Grey colour.

- Finally bought the Rio Switchchucker after looking at a lot of YouTube videos and deciding that what I needed was a good all-round solution. Loaded it on my Hardy 7000 reel that left almost nil space for backing once the front end (that I've seen described as 'bicycle chain' thickness) was wound on- but a bigger reel would unbalance my 11' switch rod. Just a reminder that these lines need a tip to complete the configuration. Put one one plus a leader and had a play with it on my Airflo Rocket rod. Line really did fly out like a rocket with minimum effort. Would love to have matched it to a Hardy Switch 8/9 that was on special, but too slow to get one and now sold out!
