The RIO Elite Hover Fly Line is a purpose-built intermediate sinking line engineered for the ultimate in stealth and control. Designed for the discerning angler who needs to present a fly just below the surface, this line is the definitive tool for targeting wary fish in clear water. With a unique, near-neutral buoyancy, the Hover line sinks at a rate of less than 1 inch per second, allowing you to suspend your fly in the water column and trigger strikes with a lifelike, slow retrieve.

The Hover line features a unique camo coloration in the head that is incredibly effective at blending in under the water. This provides a crucial tactical advantage when targeting pressured or wary fish in crystal-clear lakes, where a bright, visible line would spook them instantly.
