The incredibly easy casting AFS (advanced fly spey) heads included in these kits have been designed with a long tapered Scandinavian head that helps you produce tight loops and make long casts with ease. The unique long front taper on the head makes sure each cast unrolls perfectly giving you incredible presentation.

Featuring Connectcore technology these shooting heads have reduced stretch that provide you better bite detection and improved hook up rates. Each line has been finished with RIO’s AgentX fly line coating which creates a super slick smooth finish which creates less friction allowing for higher line speeds to be generated resulting in improved casting distances.

Each AFS head features front and back welded loops for fast and easy rigging and also has an easy identification line ID marker printed on the loop so you can quickly identify what weight the line is.
